Donald L. Richard
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Richard founded PPMC in December 1995 and has since served in the capacity of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Medical Management of New England (MMNE). During his tenure with MMNE, the company grew to become the largest medical billing company in the Northeast. His responsibilities were to oversee the overall financial, development, and operational systems within MMNE. He has assumed these same duties on behalf of PPMC. Since leaving MMNE in 1993 (upon acquisition of MMNE by Medaphis Physician Services - now Per-Se' Technologies), Mr. Richard has also been providing consulting and financial planning services. |

Leo M. Beliveau, MBA
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Beliveau has extensive experience in providing accounts receivable and practice management services to physician practices. His prior experience was derived between 1989 and 1995 through employment with Medaphis Physician Services (previously known as Medical Management of New England and Medical Management Information Systems) where he served in the capacity of Director of Practice Management for physician clients in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Since joining PPMC in April 1996, Mr. Beliveau has continued to provide accounts receivable and practice management services to physician practices in addition to providing oversight of PPMC's operations. Mr. Beliveau is a member of the Radiology Business Managers Association. |

Dianne D. Boucher
Director of Operations
Mrs. Boucher brings proven excellence in physician practice bookkeeping and accounts receivable supervision to the PPMC management team. Mrs. Boucher has previously served a cumulative 12 years with Medical Management of New England and Medaphis Physician Services. Mrs. Boucher joined PPMC in January 1996 and is providing ongoing management of clerical personnel, computer systems, and third party claims issues. |

Michelle L. Gustwick, MBA
Senior Practice Manager
Ms. Gustwick joined PPMC in 2001 with five years of prior experience in hospital based physician practice and accounts receivable management. Ms. Gustwick joined PPMC from Per-Se' Technologies, formerly Medaphis Physician Services Corporation, where she provided practice and operations management. Prior to this, she was the Medical Staff Coordinator at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center where she provided physician recruitment services. Ms. Gustwick is providing practice management and accounts receivable management services to PPMC clients. Michelle is a member of the Medical Group Management Association. |

Shena M. Betts, CPC, RCC
Compliance Coordinator
Mrs. Betts first joined PPMC in 1997 from Medaphis Physician Services where she obtained four years of experience in medical billing and accounts receivable supervision. Since joining PPMC, Mrs. Betts has become a Certified Professional Coder as well as a Radiology Certified Coder. She supervises the coding department, provides coding and documentation education and conducts coding and billing audits. |

Frank G. DeWolfe Jr.
Practice Manager
Mr. DeWolfe previously served as the controller of Talk
America, a product marketing company specializing in the direct to consumer
distribution of health and wellness supplements. He managed the day to day
finance and accounting operations from 1994 to 1999. Mr. DeWolfe incorporates
his diverse business management experiences and take-charge approach in
assisting our clients with all their business management needs.
In the fall of 1999 Mr. DeWolfe and partners created a new start up company that
provided turn key sales, marketing and distribution services to the direct
response industry. As director of operations Mr. DeWolfe managed new business
development, client services and all the operational departments for AdvanceTel
Direct. After substantial growth the company was sold to a private investment
company. After serving out his employment contract in 2005 he traveled
frequently to Los Angeles and Las Vegas as a business consultant specializing in
operational improvement and financial planning.
Since joining PPMC in November of 2005, Mr. DeWolfe has continued to utilize his
diverse business operations, accounting, and marketing experience to assist PPMC
clients in the management of their practices. |

Timothy R. Whetstine, MBA
Practice Manager
Mr. Whetstine brings a diverse healthcare background to
PPMC with over 12 years of operational experience in the industry. He served in
management roles at Texas Tech University and The University of Oklahoma Health
Sciences Centers in Lubbock, Texas and Oklahoma City, respectively; leading
radiology, neurology, orthopedic, otolaryngology, and urology clinic practices.
Also during his tenure at The University of Oklahoma, he served as a business
manager in the Anesthesiology Department and was able to garner invaluable
information of this unique specialty.
Mr. Whetstine previously served as a Director of Operations with McKesson
Corporation, where he further sharpened his revenue cycle management skills and
broadened his knowledge base of billing operations. He knows healthcare from the
front end clinic practice to back end billing, crossing the gamut of most
clinical service lines.
Mr. Whetstine comes with excellent negotiating skills, possesses strong customer
service relations, clinic management expertise, building project experience, and
excellent communication skills to assist us in better service to our clients and
staff. His military background is solid in organizational structure and
discipline, which benefits our current operations and will facilitate future
success as we expand our business enterprise. |
